Garden State Velodrome - 2014 Season

The 2014 season has come to a close. We had over 20 races, tons of new riders of all levels/backgrounds/locations, and a whole season of great racing!

Garden State Velodrome to Open May 1st 2013.

 21 Days are scheduled at Wall Stadium for 2013. GSVA's programs will be on dedicated Wednesday nights starting at 4:30p for Junior Category riders. All riders will be required to have a current USACycling racing License and GSVA will continue to run Clinics and require endorsements for Motorpacing (MOT) and Madison (MAT).

2013 events will include a Summer Race series, Keirin Cup, and GSVA's Fall Classic.

Garden State Velodrome Road Trip !

GSVA riders will be heading to Kissena Velodrome and Valley Preferred Velodrome later this summer for weekly night series and Championship events. Take a look at the schedule, and contact GSVA's manager Sam Zara for more information.


Garden State Velodrome is the premiere venue for derny racing in the United States. USADerny was established in 2012 to educate and train drivers in the technique of motor-pacing riders in events such as Six-Days, Keirins, Derny Criteriums, and DernyFest.

Sales are currently ongoing though May 22nd for the 2013 Season GSVA Pass, Good for all schedule GSVA track training nights. This pass will allow the bearer admission to the track for the scheduled night of events. GSVA members with USA Cycling and American Track Racing Assoc. (ATRA) for 2013

In 2013 Garden State Velodrome permitted their program with USACycling. This will allow all USACycling members access to the track on scheduled event days. USA Cycling is the official governing body for all disciplines of competitive cycling in the United States. GSVA will still continue to be a ATRA member track.
